[Hiring] Growth Marketing Manager / Associate @Hoply

Role Description

This role involves driving growth across various channels and formats in a fast-paced environment.

• Own growth projects end to end, from idea to execution to results
• Launch and iterate paid campaigns, from creative to targeting to performance tuning
• Improve conversion across the funnel, landing pages, onboarding, follow-up flows
• Build simple tracking that helps us make decisions without over-engineering
• Run fast experiments and learn loops, weekly
• Research new audiences and markets and turn insights into tests
• Do whatever is needed to hit growth goals, even if it is not in your job description

Qualifications

• You are a builder, not a planner
• You can go from zero to live quickly, with imperfect information
• You can write, you can sell, and you can make things people actually want to click
• You can handle both creative work and performance analysis
• You take ownership and do not need someone to chase you
• You are comfortable with a fast pace, shifting priorities, and real accountability
• You're curious, you learn quickly, and you're happy to jump into things you've never done before
• Minimum 1-2 years working experience (excluding internship)
