[Hiring] Growth Marketing Manager @Lightspeed Commerce, Inc.

Role Description

As a Growth Marketing Manager- Affiliates and Referrals, you will lead the strategy and performance of one of the company’s most important marketing channels by driving lead generation through affiliate marketing and referral partnerships. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing affiliate & referral marketing plans to drive user growth at scale
• Identifying new partners, negotiating agreements, and strengthening existing partnerships
• Collaborating with the Analytics team to track overall program performance and evaluate individual partnerships
• Monitoring and improving performance and conversion rates across the marketing and product funnel
• Working with Marketing Operations and Data teams to build technical integrations with partners
• Aligning with the Brand Marketing team to promote a consistent brand narrative

Please note that this is a 12-month fixed-term contract position.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales, partnerships or similar opportunities to negotiate with partners
• Experience with Affiliate Networks (Impact, Rakuten, CJ)
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects while optimizing for highest impact
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience in technical integration of partners

Requirements

• Lead-generation experience in a B2B environment (even better if you have, but not necessary)
• Experience managing affiliate strategy and execution, with focus on direct response in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of hitting aggressive targets and improving ROI and CAC
• Hands-on experience using affiliate tracking tools
