Role Description
We’re looking for a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented Growth Marketing Manager to drive measurable business growth across the core collectionHQ product suite. This role is focused on generating and accelerating sales pipeline through high-impact marketing strategies, with content creation at the heart of success.

Own the development and execution of growth initiatives across multiple channels.

Use data, experimentation, and continuous optimisation to increase brand awareness, engagement, and revenue.

Work closely with a Go-To-Market (GTM) Engineer to maximise sales pipeline growth.

Present the marketing strategy to key stakeholders and demonstrate clear ROI across all marketing activities, including events.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

4+ years of marketing experience.

Proven experience driving pipeline growth.

Strong understanding of digital marketing and demand generation.

Experience creating high-performing written and visual content.

Hands-on experience with AI marketing tools.

Strong ability to refine and elevate AI-generated outputs.

Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

Proficient with marketing tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).

Experience working with GTM or growth teams.
Requirements

Own and execute the marketing strategy, working in close partnership with the GTM Engineer to drive pipeline growth and revenue impact.

Define and refine target audiences and ideal customer profiles (ICP) to improve campaign effectiveness and pipeline quality.

Build and optimise demand generation programs across the full funnel, from awareness through to revenue.

Lead AI-enabled content creation across written and visual formats.

Collaborate with product and customer teams to develop compelling, high-performing messaging and content.

Manage and optimise marketing channels (website, social, email, paid media) to maximise pipeline contribution.

Manage and execute the marketing strategy for national and international trade shows.

Analyse campaign and funnel performance and own reporting on marketing contribution to pipeline and ROI.

Establish and optimise attribution models to understand channel and campaign contribution to pipeline and revenue.

Own alignment with sales to optimise lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline progression.
