Role Description
We're looking for a high-impact Growth & Marketing Lead to take ownership of our demand generation engine during a maternity cover and potentially beyond. Own end-to-end marketing performance from strategy and planning through to execution and measurable results.

Drive pipeline generation through targeted inbound and paid media campaigns across key markets (Europe, APAC, North America).

Lead and support a small marketing team, ensuring focus, output quality, and momentum throughout the engagement.

Design, launch, and optimise high-impact marketing programmes across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other relevant channels.

Refine messaging and positioning to sharpen how Cenosco communicates its value across all channels and to the right ICPs.

Introduce structure, planning, and repeatable processes to marketing operations.

Collaborate closely with commercial teams to align on pipeline targets, deal size focus, and GTM priorities.

Track and report on KPIs: pipeline quality, campaign performance, funnel conversion, and act quickly on what the data shows.
Qualifications

7-10+ years in B2B marketing, growth, or demand generation with a clear record of driving pipeline in vertical SaaS environments.

Proven experience managing paid media (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) and inbound programmes across international markets.

Experience in asset-heavy industries (energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, Oil & Gas) is a strong plus.

Comfortable in a player-coach role, leading a small team while staying hands-on with execution.

Strong analytical skills, KPI/OKR frameworks, funnel metrics, and data-driven decision making.

High ownership mindset, strong prioritisation, and a results-driven attitude.

Confident stakeholder management and communication skills in English.

Based in Europe, fully remote-friendly.
