Role Description
As a Growth Marketing Campaign Strategist on PAR Technology's Demand Generation team, you are the connective tissue between marketing and sales. Your primary focus is demand generation β building, writing, and managing outbound campaigns that move franchisee operators and corporate prospects from unaware to engaged, and from engaged to booked meetings with the sales team. You don't close deals. You create the conditions that make closing possible.
Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B demand generation, outbound marketing, or sales-focused content writing

Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write in a conversational, empathy-led voice β not a marketing-blast voice

AI forward - with an eagerness to experiment and learn

Experience building or managing sequenced outreach campaigns in a sales engagement platform (Gong Engage, Outreach, Salesloft, or similar)

Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions about messaging and sequencing

Comfort working across multiple tools and platforms simultaneously in a fast-moving environment
Requirements

Experience in restaurant technology, franchise operations, or B2B SaaS strongly preferred

Familiarity with Salesforce CRM

Basic HTML email knowledge (Pardot or similar platform)

Experience with WordPress and a drag-and-drop page builder (Elementor preferred)

Visual design experience in Canva or a similar tool

Video editing experience (Descript or similar)

Write all email copy, voicemail scripts, and LinkedIn messaging for outbound sales sequences targeting franchisee operators and corporate decision-makers across PAR's FAST, FAM, and SDR sales teams

Build and manage multi-step sequenced campaigns inside Gong Engage, including email, call, and LinkedIn touchpoints, ensuring each sequence introduces new angles rather than repeating the same message

Design branded email banners in Canva and produce full HTML promotional emails for webinars, product launches, and events via Pardot/Marketing Cloud

Build and update brand-specific landing pages on partech.com using WordPress and Elementor, including co-branded corporate partnership pages, compliance/mandate pages, and new rooftop acquisition pages

Analyze campaign performance at the step and sequence level β open rates, reply rates, meeting conversion β and iterate on messaging, targeting, and sequencing accordingly

Meet regularly with FAST, FAM, and SDR sales leaders and reps to understand pipeline needs, contact language, and objection patterns that sharpen campaign effectiveness

Stay current on franchise brand news, DSP policy changes, and operator pain points to anchor campaigns in timely, relevant context

Produce and edit video content using Descript as needed, including webinar clips and short-form campaign assets
