[Hiring] Growth Marketing, Business Developer Lead @VT Markets

Role Description

As the Business Developer Lead within the Performance Marketing department, you will report directly to the Head of Performance Marketing and be based globally with coverage across international markets. In this executive role, you will serve as the primary commercial driver of VT Markets' global traffic supply chain:

• Forging strategic partnerships with growth media networks, non-standard traffic sources, and agency partners.
• Working closely with the Global Marketing COE in Singapore, as well as internal Engineering and Data teams.
• Safeguarding margin integrity, combating fraudulent traffic, and scaling compliant, high-performance user acquisition pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in overseas traffic business development or global media buying.
• Prior experience in cross-border FinTech, digital trading platforms, or large-scale Web3 projects is highly advantageous.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of the global long-tail traffic ecosystem; direct, established networks with independent DSPs, ADXs, CTV publishers, and tier-1 Affiliate Networks.
• Proven ability to draft and enforce large-scale SLA risk-control frameworks including anti-hijacking, click-injection filters, and clawback trigger thresholds.
• Highly analytical with the ability to collaborate with Engineering/Data teams to audit raw vendor data logs.
• Excellent negotiation skills with an adversarial mindset — able to hold firm commercial positions under pressure from external partners.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising fraud topologies with a proactive, solutions-driven approach to risk mitigation.
• Native or professional English fluency, capable of handling aggressive legal and commercial negotiations across cultures.
• This role involves frequent international travel and engagement across global time zones to manage partner relationships and supply chain operations.
