Role Description
We're hiring a Growth Marketing Associate to run our paid social channels and lead the creative thinking behind them. You'll manage day-to-day buying across Meta, Google, and TikTok while owning the creative briefing process - translating performance data into sharp briefs that produce content that actually converts. We're looking for someone who's strong on the numbers but has a genuine eye for creative, and knows how to connect the two.
What You'll Own
-
Manage and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok - from setup through daily bid and budget management.
-
Own creative briefing: write clear, insight-driven briefs for our creative team and UGC creators, and give sharp feedback that improves output.
-
Analyze creative performance to identify what's working - breaking down hooks, formats, and messaging angles - and use those learnings to brief better ads while proactively sourcing new hooks, trends, competitor angles, and customer insights to inform concepts.
-
Run structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and offers - document learnings and scale what works.
-
Partner with the influencer team to surface top-performing organic content and adapt it for paid.
-
Build and maintain performance dashboards; report weekly on CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion with clear commentary.
-
Monitor competitors and emerging ad formats to keep our creative and media strategy current.
-
Support execution of seasonal campaigns and key moments (e.g. product drops, promotions, partnerships) ensuring alignment across creative, media, and landing experience.
Qualifications
-
1-3 years of paid social experience, ideally at a DTC brand or performance agency.
-
Strong creative instincts - you can diagnose why an ad works and brief a better one.
-
Comfortable writing crisp creative briefs and giving constructive feedback to designers.
-
Proficient in Meta Ads, Google, TikTok Ads, and Shopify.
-
Analytical: comfortable pulling your own data and building a clear performance narrative.
-
Able to move fast and iterate in a growth-stage environment with a strong attention to detail.
-
Strong attention to detail and operational rigor - able to manage multiple campaigns, track performance accurately, and ensure clean execution across all launches.
-
Bonus: experience with UGC workflows or tools like Motion, Triple Whale, or Northbeam.
