Weβre hiring a
Growth Funnel Designer
to build, optimize, and manage landing pages and conversion funnels across multiple campaigns and client accounts.
In this role, you'll work closely with our marketing, media buying, and creative teams to improve conversion performance across every stage of the funnel, from ad click to qualified lead to booked call.
We're looking for someone who is analytical, fast-moving, highly detail-oriented, and obsessed with performance metrics.
What Youβll Do

Build and manage high-converting landing pages across multiple campaigns and client accounts.

Design and optimize multi-step lead capture funnels focused on improving lead quality and conversion rates.

Create landing page experiences aligned with ad messaging, audience intent, and campaign goals.

Conduct A/B testing on headlines, layouts, CTAs, forms, and user flows to continuously improve performance.

Collaborate closely with media buyers and creative teams to launch campaigns efficiently and effectively.

Monitor and report on key conversion metrics.

Analyze user behavior using tools like heatmaps, session recordings, and analytics platforms.

Build and maintain pages across platforms such as GoHighLevel, Unbounce, Webflow, or similar tools.

Continuously identify opportunities to improve conversion performance across the entire funnel experience.

Ensure pages are mobile-responsive, fast-loading, and optimized for user experience and performance.
Qualifications

Fluent English is required.
You'll work directly with U.S.-based teams and clients.

3+ years of experience building landing pages and conversion funnels for paid media campaigns.

Proven experience improving conversion rates and optimizing lead generation funnels.

Strong portfolio showcasing landing pages, funnels, and measurable campaign results.

Deep understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and performance marketing.

Ability to explain the strategy and psychology behind why a page converts, not just how it looks.

Experience with analytics and behavioral tools (e.g., GA4, Hotjar, Heatmaps, etc.).

Hands-on experience with landing page builders and CRM platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel, Webflow, etc.).

Strong understanding of lead qualification flows and multi-step conversion funnels.

Ability to manage multiple projects and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
