Role Description
We're looking for a pipeline-driven growth marketer to own Ceros's inbound demand engine. You'll connect the dots across paid acquisition, website conversion, and PLG motions β and be accountable for the number that matters: qualified pipeline. This is a high-ownership role on a small, fast-moving team. You'll set the strategy, run the tests, ship the campaigns, and build the system that makes it all compound over time.
Key Responsibilities
-
Inbound Pipeline:
-
Set the strategy for how Ceros generates inbound SQLs: which channels, which bets, which experiments, and in what order.
-
Design and execute always-on and moment-based campaigns across paid, email, and content.
-
Drive website conversion: landing pages, CTAs, sign-up flows, and the A/B tests that improve them; the site is a revenue asset and you treat it like one.
-
Identify and activate co-marketing and partnership opportunities that extend reach without extending budget.
-
Experimentation & AI-Driven Execution:
-
Build and automate repeatable campaign motions so you're not recreating the wheel on every launch, think systems, not one-offs.
-
Run a continuous test-and-learn cadence: new channels, new messaging angles, new campaign formats β with clean hypotheses, fast execution, and honest post-mortems.
-
Build repeatable campaign frameworks so good ideas scale instead of disappearing after one launch.
-
Reporting & Optimization:
-
Own the performance dashboard: full-funnel visibility from spend and traffic through to SQL volume, CAC, and pipeline contribution.
-
Bring clear, direct reporting to leadership β what's working, what isn't, and what you're doing about it.
Qualifications
-
5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, or Acquisition, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
-
A track record of owning pipeline outcomes, not just campaign activity. You can point to specific channels, tests, or programs you built that moved the SQL number.
-
Genuine fluency with AI tools in your day-to-day workflow. You're already using them to work faster and smarter, not experimenting with them for the first time.
-
Strong experimentation instincts: you know how to design a clean test, read the results honestly, and move quickly on what you learn.
-
Analytical β comfortable in GA4, Mixpanel, or equivalent; can build a dashboard and derive a hypothesis from a dataset.
Benefits
-
Global remote-first organization.
-
Stock options.
-
Premium health insurance.
-
401K matching.
-
Paid parental leave after a year of employment: 16 weeks for primary caregivers, 4 weeks for secondary caregivers.
-
Flexible vacation days.
-
Paid Sick days.
-
Stipend for your home office setup.
-
Excellent gear (Macbook Air, external monitor, etc.).
-
Stipend towards experiences in which Cerosians can collaborate, educate, and create social connections with one another.
-
Unlimited access to co-working spaces around the globe.
