Role Description
You’ll be the beating heart of one of DEPT®'s Paid Social strategy and activation teams to one of the world’s most iconic brands in the social media space.
As a Group Director, you will:

Oversee a team of passionate, qualified, and experienced Paid Social awareness specialists.

Drive incremental influence and user awareness leveraging Meta Ads.
-
Maintain senior-level agency relationships with the client’s counterparts.
-
Consult on the best path forward to achieve tactical goals.
-
Build top-of-class teams and processes to adapt to client needs.
-
Influence user perception leveraging targeting and creatives.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in consumer media or performance marketing.
-
Deep understanding of Paid Social mechanics.

Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.
-
Ability to navigate client-side marketing and planning teams.
-
An analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions.

Collaborative, empathetic leadership style.

Experience working with complex client organizations.
-
Profound comprehension of brand lift studies.

Extensive knowledge on Meta Ads activation and strategy.
-
Willingness to travel to client sites quarterly.
