Role Description
We’re hiring a Google Ads Specialist for our client to own and optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts. This is a hands-on execution role — not strategy-only. You’ll be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing campaigns daily, with a strong focus on lead generation and performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

Campaign Management & Optimization

Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search + Performance Max)

Continuously adjust bids, budgets, keywords, and targeting

Identify opportunities to improve lead quality and ROI

Performance Tracking & Analytics
-
Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
-
Identify underperforming areas and take immediate action
-
Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution
-
Campaign Setup & Testing
-
Build and launch new campaigns (structure, targeting, ad copy)

Run ongoing A/B testing on ads and strategies
-
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis

Tracking & Technical Setup
-
Implement and manage tracking using Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics

Troubleshoot tracking issues and ensure clean data flow
-
Reporting & Communication
-
Prepare weekly performance reports and insights
-
Support internal teams with clear updates on campaign performance

Qualifications

2+ years hands-on Google Ads experience

Google Ads Certification (active)
-
Strong experience with:

Google Search Ads

Performance Max campaigns

Google Tag Manager
-
Google Analytics
-
Proven experience managing lead generation campaigns

Strong analytical mindset (comfortable working with data daily)

Fluent English communication

Ability to work U.S. hours

Experience with Google Shopping Ads

Exposure to SEO or paid social (Meta, etc.)

Familiarity with tools like Go High Level
