Role Description
We are looking for a Google Ads Media Buyer to manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across multiple client accounts. This is a highly execution-focused role β you will be in-platform daily, making optimizations, analyzing performance, and driving measurable improvements across campaigns. The ideal candidate has experience across both lead generation and e-commerce, understands full-funnel performance, and is comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities

Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube)

Own campaign performance across multiple accounts, including:

Budget allocation and pacing

Bid strategy optimization
-
Keyword research and structure
-
Monitor and improve key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and LTV

Conduct ongoing A/B testing across ad copy, landing pages, and funnel components
-
Analyze performance data and identify actionable insights to improve results

Collaborate with internal teams on:

Landing page optimization (CRO)
-
Creative testing and messaging
-
Troubleshoot performance issues and implement solutions quickly
-
Maintain clean tracking and attribution using tools like GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking setups

Provide clear performance reporting and recommendations
Qualifications

3β6+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns

Proven experience across:

Lead generation (CPA-driven funnels)
-
E-commerce (ROAS-driven campaigns)

Strong understanding of:

Campaign structure and scaling strategies
-
Keyword targeting and search intent
-
Performance Max and modern Google Ads ecosystem

Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously

Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data

Familiarity with:

GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking

Landing pages, funnels, and CRO principles
-
Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions
Nice to Have

Experience managing $50k+ monthly ad spend

Exposure to additional platforms (Meta Ads, YouTube, etc.)

Agency experience working across multiple clients

Experience with attribution tools (Hyros, Triple Whale, etc.)
