Role Description
In this role, you will serve as the technical backbone of our marketing operations, supporting Paid Ads, SEO, and Content initiatives. You will work closely with the Marketing Operations Manager to build a clean, centralized data infrastructure and ensure our campaigns are tracked, optimized, and delivering measurable ROI.
This is a key hire that will allow our Marketing Operations Manager to focus on strategy and creative direction while you own the execution, data accuracy, and technical integrations.
Key Responsibilities

Paid Ads β Google Ads Management

Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max).

Conduct keyword research, A/B ad testing, and bid strategy management.

Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven adjustments.

Produce weekly performance snapshots and reporting for the team.

SEO Technical Support

Collaborate with the SEO team to implement technical recommendations and audits.

Support the use of SEO tools (e.g., Semrush) for audits, monitoring, and optimization tasks.

Ensure proper indexing, site health, and technical SEO best practices are maintained.

Data & Tracking Infrastructure

Build and maintain a centralized tracking system across all marketing channels.

Manage Google Tag Manager integrations, conversion tracking, and UTM structures.

Clean up existing messy data collection processes and establish standardized reporting frameworks.

Integrate data sources into a single source of truth for the team and leadership.

Reporting & Analytics

Deliver weekly snapshot reports covering Ads, SEO, and overall performance.

Define and monitor KPIs that tie marketing activity to actual business revenue generated.
Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience (Google Ads certification preferred).

Strong understanding of Google Tag Manager, GA4, and conversion tracking setup.

Experience building centralized tracking systems and marketing dashboards.

Proficiency with SEO tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.

Solid understanding of data hygiene and marketing attribution models.

Strong analytical mindset β comfortable working with data to drive decisions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms.

Background supporting recruitment, staffing, or professional services industries.

Experience evaluating and managing a marketing tech stack (e.g., identifying tools to consolidate or eliminate).

Google Ads (PPC): Driving qualified B2B leads through paid search.

SEO & Content: Supporting article-based content production (~2 articles/day) and technical SEO execution.

Internal Affiliate / BD Program: Supporting the internal BD department with tracking and reporting workflows.
