Role Description

We're hiring a skilled and results-oriented Google Ads Manager to take ownership of paid advertising campaigns and drive measurable business growth. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing, managing, and optimising Google Ads campaigns to maximise conversions, improve advertising efficiency, and deliver strong returns on investment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, launch, and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, and other relevant channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and implement strategies to improve conversions, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage advertising budgets and allocate spend effectively to achieve campaign objectives.
• Set up and maintain accurate conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
• Run A/B tests on ad creatives, messaging, targeting, and landing pages to improve performance.
• Analyse campaign data and provide actionable insights through regular performance reports.
• Identify areas for improvement and continuously refine campaign strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure advertising campaigns align with broader business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads campaign structures, bidding strategies, targeting, and optimisation techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to manage paid advertising budgets and deliver measurable campaign results.
• Experience using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking tools.
• Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics, including CPA, CPC, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience working in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
• Google Ads certifications.
• Experience managing multiple advertising accounts or campaigns across different industries.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, or other paid media platforms.
• Experience creating performance dashboards using Looker Studio.
• Knowledge of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and landing page best practices.
