Role Description

We're looking for a Funnel Coordinator for a well-established marketing agency that helps businesses grow through data-driven digital marketing and strategic performance tracking, focused on managing campaigns across paid media, email marketing, SEO, and content marketing.

• Manage and maintain multiple client projects in Asana, ensuring tasks, deadlines, and statuses are always up to date.
• Oversee timelines and key documents (like partnership trackers and action plans) to support client meetings and delivery.
• Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, note-taking, and follow-ups.
• Set up and organize client workspaces across tools like Google Drive and Chat.
• Intake, structure, and delegate tasks clearly across stakeholders.
• Support key team members by anticipating needs, removing blockers, and keeping information flowing.
• Track milestones and deadlines, proactively flagging risks and adjusting plans when needed.
• Ensure consistent communication and follow-up across all projects and stakeholders.
• Continuously improve processes, workflows, and templates to increase team efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or operations, ideally in a marketing agency or fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in Asana, including managing multiple projects, workflows, and reporting.
• Solid experience with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Calendar, Chat).
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proactive, service-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure.

Requirements

• Familiarity with marketing workflows and terminology.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI) to improve efficiency.
