Role Description
We are looking for a data-driven Funnel Conversion Specialist to lead our testing strategy and enhance conversion performance across all digital marketing channels. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end optimization of our funnels (Demo, Story, and Proven System), ensuring every step is tracked, measured, and improved to drive high-quality leads into our pipeline. This role reports to the Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & Testing

Manage and lead the testing strategy on all funnels, including Demo, Story, and Proven System funnels.

Develop and execute intentional A/B tests on landing pages, copy, design shifts, and ad creative to improve performance metrics.

Prioritize tests based on bottleneck diagnosis (e.g., above-the-fold engagement, opt-in to view rates).

Maintain a weekly testing cadence and ensure 100% documentation of results.

Campaign & System Management

Write, schedule, and optimize email marketing campaigns to maximize engagement and conversions.

Create and manage automated follow-up sequences (using tools like SimpleTalk) to increase lead nurture and show rates.

Maintain a comprehensive funnel mapping system in Notion, documenting traffic types, funnel events, and individual pages.

Follow established SOPs for funnel test launches to ensure tracking is firing correctly before going live.

Tracking, Reporting & Measurement

Map all funnel events to Cometly to ensure accurate attribution and performance tracking.

Set up and manage Cometly dashboards and Ninety scorecards to monitor real-time performance.

Perform regular audits of all report metrics to identify and fix data flow discrepancies.

Track and report weekly on KPIs including page views, opt-ins, booked calls, and qualified booked calls.
Qualifications

Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically focused on CRO, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.

Proficiency with marketing technology stacks: HubSpot, Cometly, Ninety, and Notion.

Analytical mindset with the ability to "interrogate" data to find bottlenecks and growth opportunities.

Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Bonus: Agriculture background or experience in financial education industries.
