Role Description
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of both virtual and in-person marketing campaigns that engage prospects and generate high-quality leads.
- Plan, manage, and execute a variety of marketing events, including virtual conferences, trade shows, webinars, and roundtables to engage with prospects and drive lead generation.
- Oversee the end-to-end management of marketing campaigns, from concept to post-event follow-up, ensuring seamless execution and measurable results.
- Work closely with sales operations and marketing automation teams to ensure smooth lead flow, accurate scoring, and timely follow-up.
- Collaborate with the content and product marketing teams to create compelling promotional materials and sales enablement content.
- Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights to refine strategies and maximize the ROI of marketing programs.
- Manage the field marketing budget, ensuring resources are effectively allocated to achieve program goals.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in B2B field marketing or event marketing.
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in executing live and digital marketing activities, including trade shows, virtual events, and ABM campaigns.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams and stakeholders.
- Exceptional writing and presentation skills.
