[Hiring] Executive Marketing Coordinator - Operations Support @Pavago

Role Description

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring an Executive Marketing Coordinator to support a fast-growing entrepreneurial business across executive support, marketing operations, GoHighLevel CRM, social media, content coordination, and lead management. This is not a passive assistant role. You’ll work directly with leadership and take hands-on responsibility for keeping marketing and operational execution moving, including:

• Executive scheduling and coordination
• GoHighLevel workflows and CRM management
• Social media publishing and engagement
• Email marketing and lead follow-up
• Content creation and short-form video
• Lead generation and research
• Day-to-day operational support

Qualifications

• Experience in one or more of the following: Executive Assistant, Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Operations, Operations Support, Virtual Assistant, Digital Operations
• Experience supporting founders, coaches, startups, or entrepreneurial businesses is strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL), CRM systems, marketing automation, email workflows, lead and pipeline management.
• Experience with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, social media publishing and engagement.
• Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Google Drive.
• Excellent written English communication.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong follow-through.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Availability during PST business hours.

Requirements

• Experience with coaching, agency, creator, or consulting businesses.
• Email marketing experience.
• Landing page or funnel experience.
• Paid advertising coordination.
• Community management.
• Lead generation and prospect research.
• Experience with Slack, Notion, Airtable, ClickUp, HubSpot.
