Role Description
We are looking for a senior growth leader to kick off and scale Hostingerβs Emerging Channels Growth team. As part of the Performance Marketing organization, you will drive Hostingerβs visibility, brand sentiment, and acquisition results across new and alternative channels. This is a strategic, high-impact role requiring both strong leadership capabilities and hands-on execution excellence.

Own the global emerging channels roadmap β from research and validation to scaling and budget recommendations.

Develop and execute full-funnel strategies for platforms like Reddit, Twitter, Discord, LinkedIn communities, and other upcoming channels.

Partner with Product Marketing, SEO, Brand, and regional teams to identify opportunities, test new approaches, and influence go-to-market strategy.

Introduce new frameworks, playbooks, and best practices that uplift the entire marketing organization.

Research, test, and scale innovative marketing opportunities across content marketing, SEO, GEO marketing, guerrilla tactics, and community-driven acquisition.

Monitor online discussions, identify reputation risks or opportunities, and design interventions that strengthen brand sentiment.

Iterate quickly based on performance data.

Act as the internal owner of emerging channels β setting priorities, defining success metrics, and ensuring alignment across teams.

Mentor and guide team members on growth methodologies, experimentation mindset, and emerging platform dynamics.

Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualifications

4+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience (preferably in performance or growth fields).

Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives, influence cross-functional teams, and drive outcomes.

Experience operating at strategic level with ownership of channel roadmaps or growth programs.

Strong understanding of platform mechanics, tone of voice, and audience behavior on Reddit, Twitter, LinkedIn, Discord, and niche communities.

Background in social media management, online reputation management, or community-driven marketing is a plus.

Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and tools like Ahrefs, SimilarWeb, etc.

Ability to identify high-potential channels, evaluate impact, and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent written English; able to craft narratives, respond to complex discussions, and influence public perception.

Compensation
Gross salary from 3800 EUR/month (flexible, depending on your experience).
