[Hiring] Email & SMS Marketing Specialist @Twoconnect

Role Description

This role will support the business by managing customer lifecycle marketing, retention activity, email and SMS automation, and database growth across e-commerce, retail, and customer channels. This position will focus on increasing customer lifetime value, repeat purchase rates, attributed revenue, customer engagement, and list growth through CRM strategy, Klaviyo or Omnisend campaigns, automated flows, segmentation, personalisation, and brand-aligned retention activity.

• Manage end-to-end email and SMS campaigns, automations, and CRM lifecycle marketing
• Build customer journeys including welcome, post-purchase, loyalty, win-back, and re-engagement flows
• Develop segmentation strategies based on customer behaviour, purchase history, and engagement data
• Optimise campaigns to improve customer lifetime value, repeat purchase rate, and revenue performance
• Manage automation workflows including triggers, conditional logic, A/B testing, and personalisation
• Write compelling email and SMS copy including subject lines, CTAs, and promotional messaging
• Analyse campaign performance and improve results through testing, insights, and optimisation

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, lifecycle, or retention marketing (e-commerce preferred)
• Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo or Omnisend (flows, segmentation, automation, SMS)
• Solid understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing
• Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is a strong advantage
• Strong email and SMS copywriting skills
• Comfortable with A/B testing, reporting, and performance optimisation
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data and improve results
