Role Description

The Email Marketing Specialist will take ownership of building and optimizing email campaigns and automated workflows that directly influence demand generation and customer engagement. This role offers the opportunity to shape email strategy, elevate performance through testing and insights, and become the central expert in a critical marketing automation platform.

This marketing team at Vectorworks drives inbound demand and customer engagement by delivering targeted, data-driven marketing campaigns that directly support business growth.

• Build, test, and deploy email campaigns and automated workflows in Marketo
• Partner with campaign stakeholders to align on segmentation, timing, and strategy
• Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations for optimization
• Conduct A/B testing to improve subject lines, content, and send timing
• Ensure high-quality execution through rigorous QA and email calendar management

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on expertise in Marketo, including workflow creation and campaign execution
• High attention to detail with consistent accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into measurable improvements
• Proactive communication and collaboration with cross-functional, remote teams
• Organized, adaptable, and continuously seeking ways to improve processes and performance
