Role Description

We are looking for a highly analytical Email Marketing Specialist with a strong foundation in Performance Marketing to manage end-to-end email campaigns that drive measurable ROI. This role is ideal for someone who understands customer journeys, segmentation, testing frameworks, and data-based decision making to maximize conversions and lifetime value.

• Plan, build, and execute email marketing campaigns for acquisition, activation, and retention
• Create segmented workflows and automated sequences (welcome flows, win-backs, up-sells, etc.)
• Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, creative, timing, and frequency to optimize performance KPIs
• Track, analyze, and report on key metrics (open rate, CTR, CVR, revenue per send, unsubscribe rate, etc.)
• Collaborate with content, design, and paid media teams to ensure messaging consistency across channels
• Maintain email lists, lead scoring, and segmentation to improve targeting accuracy
• Ensure deliverability, compliance, and email hygiene best practices
• Assist in broader performance marketing strategies tied to CAC, LTV, and ROAS

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or performance marketing roles
• Strong knowledge of ESPs (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Braze, Marketo, or similar)
• Ability to interpret data and make optimization decisions based on KPIs
• Experience building automated lifecycle flows and advanced segmentation
• Understanding of attribution models and customer journey funnels
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Looker, or similar
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Comfortable working remotely and delivering results independently

Requirements

• Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or subscription-based business models
• Knowledge of SMS marketing and other owned channels
• Basic HTML/CSS for email formatting
• Experience collaborating with creative/design teams
• Familiarity with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and deliverability best practices
