Role Description

The Email Marketing Coordinator is responsible for executing Bellesa's email and SMS marketing campaigns from concept to deployment. This role manages campaign production, coordinates creative assets, performs quality assurance, schedules campaigns, and tracks performance to support engagement, retention, and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Email Marketing
  • Write compelling email copy aligned with brand voice and campaign objectives.
  • Prepare creative briefs for design and content teams.
  • Coordinate campaign assets and manage the review/approval process with stakeholders.
  • Build and QA email campaigns, including links, personalization, segmentation, images, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Review email previews across devices and inboxes before deployment.
  • Schedule and deploy campaigns according to the marketing calendar.
  • Ensure all campaigns meet brand, legal, and accessibility standards.
• SMS Marketing
  • Write SMS copy that aligns with campaign messaging and brand tone.
  • Prepare creative briefs where required.
  • Build SMS campaigns and flows in Klaviyo.
  • Schedule SMS campaigns and ensure proper audience targeting.
  • QA all SMS campaigns prior to launch.
• Reporting & Optimization
  • Compile and share weekly SMS performance reports.
  • Analyze A/B test results and provide recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance including open rates, click rates, conversions, unsubscribe rates, and revenue.
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance through testing and optimization.
• Campaign Coordination
  • Maintain the email and SMS marketing calendar.
  • Coordinate with Creative, Merchandising, and Marketing teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule.
  • Ensure all assets and approvals are received before launch deadlines.
  • Maintain campaign documentation and processes.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or digital marketing.
• Experience using Klaviyo or a similar email marketing platform.
• Strong copywriting and proofreading skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance mindset.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Comfortable working with multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with A/B testing and campaign analysis.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email.
• Experience with ecommerce or DTC brands.
• Familiarity with email deliverability best practices.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• On-time campaign launches.
• Zero or minimal QA errors.
• Email and SMS engagement rates (open rate, CTR, conversion rate).
• Revenue generated from email and SMS campaigns.
• Timely completion of weekly SMS reports.
• A/B testing cadence and implementation of learnings.
• Accuracy of campaign setup and segmentation.
