No prior experience is required — full training is provided to help you grow into this exciting role.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with drafting and scheduling email marketing campaigns
• Maintain and update email subscriber lists and databases
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and compile reports
• Proofread and quality-check email content before sending
• Support the team with research and content ideas

Qualifications

• Matric certificate or equivalent (no experience required — training provided)
• Strong written communication skills in English
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills
• Basic computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, internet)

Requirements

• Reliable laptop or desktop computer
• Stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
• Quiet, dedicated home workspace
