Role Description

We’re looking for a perceptive and ambitious person to join our close-knit remote team as a data-driven bilingual outreach specialist. As a Valatam team member, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating email outreach efforts, designing, developing, and executing outbound email campaigns while tracking and analyzing the performance of these campaigns.

  • Work independently and take full ownership in the development and execution of cold email outreach campaigns.
  • Develop and implement list-building strategies for target audiences and segments.
  • Design and maintain email templates optimized for engagement.
  • Design and execute A/B tests, manage the testing calendar, and record results.
  • Monitor email deliverability and address any issues, ensuring optimal inbox placement.
  • Compile, update, and keep track of email lists and databases.
  • Follow up on emails and redirect them to the appropriate departments.
  • Use analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Assist in developing customer communication strategies, including segmentation, content creation, and drip campaigns.
  • Participate in regular Marketing brainstorming sessions to discuss ideas, projects, and updates.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to improve the appearance layout of outputs.

Qualifications

  • C1/C2 English with exceptional skills in writing resonating messages.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in developing and implementing cold email outreach campaigns.
  • Experience developing and implementing cold email strategies with tools such as instantly.ai, apollo.io, and millionverifier (or similar software).
  • Experience with HTML and CSS for email template customization.
  • Experience in crafting and delivering professional pitches and follow-ups.
  • Graduated (or soon to graduate) with a college degree.
  • A quiet home office with a desk and office chair.
  • Stable internet with at least 10 MBPS download & 2 MBPS upload speed.
  • A laptop/desktop with 8GB RAM, a 1.6GHz processor, and 50GB of free hard-drive space, a headset, and a smartphone.
  • Access to a backup place of work in case of a power cut or internet failure, as well as a secondary backup internet option (mobile hotspot, Multibam, WiPod, etc.)
