Role Description
This role involves creating and executing marketing strategies for email, SMS, push/in-app messaging, chatbots, direct mail, and loyalty programs for 6-8 clients.
- Develop strategic roadmaps to achieve clients' goals and provide opportunities for optimizations.
- Present strategic roadmaps to clients and revise strategies based on client feedback, direction, and priorities.
- Work with creative production teams to execute planned strategies and maximize return on clients' investment.
- Review reporting and analytics with clients, providing key insights and optimization opportunities.
- Manage lifecycle campaigns from production to analysis, including creative development, building, QA, deployment, and reporting.
- Build out automations, campaigns, and segments in varied email service platforms.
- Communicate effectively with both internal teams and clients to keep progress moving on email campaigns and special projects.
- Manage project timelines, task delegation, and ensure clear communication between clients and internal teams using Monday.com.
Qualifications
- Agency digital marketing experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail
- Minimum combined 4 years managing email/SMS, CRM, in-app, and direct mail marketing strategy and execution
- Experience with automated flows (welcome series, browse & cart abandon, post-purchase, etc.)
- Experience with audience segmentation and personalization
- Data analytics and reporting experience
- Lifecycle marketing strategy experience
- Client account management experience
- BS degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar preferred
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and strong internal motivation
- Comfortable leading calls and being on the phone/Zoom
Requirements
- Basic HTML experience
- Google Analytics proficiency
- Proficient in several or more major ESP and CRMs (Klaviyo, MailChimp, Bronto, etc.)
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Monday.com
