Role Description
The eContent Account Specialist acts as a key driver of Nestlé’s eBusiness Strategy by serving as the main interface between Markets, Businesses, CGI vendors, and the internal Adaptation team. This role ensures the proper execution and delivery of Content Services, including:

Key responsibilities include:

Acting as an Account Specialist for Content Services, coordinating with various vendors based on service requests.

Serving as a point of escalation and resolution in case of discrepancies.
-
Supporting capacity planning by providing forecast estimates.
-
Driving adoption of Nestlé’s internal Content Services solutions.
-
Ensuring accurate execution of requests, adherence to SLAs, and alignment with Nestlé global standards.

Reviewing and validating feasibility based on input shared by the Business.
-
Ensuring timely execution of operations and taking appropriate action when problems arise.
-
Performing quality control checks against briefs and related guidelines.
-
Collaborating with the Content Services production team and Accounts to manage workflow and expectations.
-
Educating and aligning markets on the use of standardized templates and GenAI tools.
-
Escalating premium creative needs to IMS leadership when standard solutions are insufficient.
-
Managing the overall coordination of Projects from planning to implementation.
-
Maintaining Operational Documentation to ensure proper execution of Services.
-
Facilitating weekly operational reviews with vendors to monitor service delivery performance.

Identifying improvement actions during operational reviews and ensuring adherence to service levels.
-
Running periodic meetings with Business and Market teams to gather demand.

Identifying knowledge gaps within the Market or Business and proposing targeted actions.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.

At least 2 years in Content Production Management.
-
Experience working with high-volume, multi-platform, complex tasks.
-
Experience in a corporate and multi-cultural setting.
-
Good knowledge of eCommerce and eRetailers environment.
-
Project management skills.
-
Previous agency/media/advertising experience is an advantage.

Strong relationship management skills dealing with customers and managing vendors.
-
Knowledge of Workflow Management (Sitecore solution is a plus).

Experience using Project Management Tools and Performance Tracking Tools (Cost, Time, Budget).

Advanced English proficiency.

Advanced planning ability and relation to quality deliverables.
-
Basic understanding of design terminology and technical requirements.
-
Good understanding of the Production Process.

Experience working with Usage Right Documents.

Understanding of automation/GenAI capabilities and ability to manage market expectations.
