Role Description

Ready to turn marketplace insights into meaningful growth? Join Webber Naturals as an eCommerce Marketplace Manager, where you’ll help drive the sales growth and profitability of our vitamin, mineral, and supplement categories across our preferred online marketplaces. You’ll bring together category strategy, analytics, advertising, merchandising, and inventory insights to uncover opportunities and strengthen our online presence.

In this role, you will:

• Lead growth and profitability initiatives for assigned product categories, including sales, margin, and market share.
• Analyze sales trends, competitive activity, keyword and search data to identify category gaps and growth opportunities.
• Partner with advertising stakeholders to align pay-per-click spending and campaign strategies with category priorities.
• Collaborate on pricing, purchasing forecasts, demand planning, and inventory health to protect margins while meeting customer demand.
• Lead marketplace optimization through enhanced product listings, competitive and pricing analysis, and the evaluation of new product and SKU opportunities.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in category management, account management, brand management, or a related field.
• Experience with consumer-packaged goods, health and wellness products, or supplement categories is an asset.
• Experience using marketplace tools such as Amazon Seller Central, Brand Analytics, Helium 10, or similar platforms is an asset.
• An understanding of pay-per-click fundamentals and how advertising supports category growth.
