Role Description
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring an Ecommerce Growth Manager to own and optimize the entire digital growth engine for a fast-growing ecommerce brand. This is a performance-driven role focused on customer acquisition, conversion rate optimization (CRO), retention marketing, paid media, technical SEO, and ecommerce growth.
You’ll work directly with company leadership to identify growth opportunities, optimize every stage of the customer journey, and drive measurable improvements across paid media, Shopify, email marketing, and organic search.

What You’ll Own

Paid Media Management
-
Own Meta Ads and Google Ads accounts from strategy through optimization.
-
Build campaign structures, audience strategies, bidding models, and testing frameworks.
-
Upload and manage creative assets provided by the internal creative team.
-
Develop custom audiences, lookalike audiences, retargeting campaigns, and audience exclusions.
-
Implement and maintain Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and conversion tracking.
-
Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve ROAS while reducing CPA.
-
Manage advertising budgets and scaling decisions across channels.
-
Ecommerce & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
-
Own ongoing optimization of the Shopify storefront.
-
Improve landing pages, product pages, collections, checkout flows, and mobile experiences.
-
Identify friction points using analytics and behavioral data.
-
Implement theme-level improvements within Shopify.
-
Collaborate with developers on advanced Shopify enhancements.
-
Present data-driven growth recommendations to leadership.
-
Improve conversion rate, Average Order Value (AOV), and overall customer experience.

Retention Marketing
-
Own performance optimization of Klaviyo email marketing.
-
Manage customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing campaigns.

Browse Abandonment

Win-Back Campaigns
-
Optimize deliverability, engagement, click-through rates, and email-attributed revenue.

Develop initiatives that increase repeat purchases and customer lifetime value.

Technical SEO
-
Conduct technical SEO audits and implement improvements.
-
Manage indexing, crawl health, schema markup, and structured data.
-
Optimize metadata, internal linking, site architecture, and content structure.
-
Monitor performance using Google Search Console and GA4.
-
Identify opportunities to improve search visibility and organic traffic.
-
Analytics & Performance Reporting
-
Monitor acquisition, conversion, retention, and SEO performance.
-
Analyze customer behavior across the ecommerce funnel.
-
Build comprehensive monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
-
Identify growth opportunities through data analysis rather than assumptions.
-
Translate findings into clear recommendations that improve business performance.
Qualifications
-
3+ years of hands-on ecommerce growth or DTC marketing experience.
-
Proven experience owning the complete ecommerce funnel from acquisition through retention.
-
Demonstrated success driving revenue growth through performance marketing and CRO.
-
Strong hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
-
Deep Shopify experience.
-
Hands-on experience with Klaviyo including customer segmentation and automation flows.
-
Strong understanding of technical SEO, indexing, and search performance optimization.
-
Experience using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.
-
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Requirements

Strong understanding of attribution and conversion tracking.

Experience improving website conversion rates using data-driven optimization.

Comfortable making theme-level Shopify changes and working alongside developers.
-
Strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs including ROAS, MER, CPA, CAC, AOV, LTV, Conversion Rate, and Customer Retention.
