Role Description

Als E-Commerce Manager (m/w/d) im Minijob (10h / Woche) bist du für die Pflege der Produkte zuständig. Du sorgst dafür, dass alle Bilder, Texte und sonstige Informationen vollständig, verständlich und kundenfreundlich zur Verfügung gestellt werden und am richtigen Ort zu finden sind.

Du weißt, dass Kundenzufriedenheit von unschätzbarem Wert für unseren gemeinsamen Erfolg ist. Deshalb sorgst du dafür, dass Kunden ich bei uns bestens betreut fühlen und immer fündig werden.

  • Regelmäßige Überprüfung und Aktualisierung der Produktdaten (z.B. Beschreibungen, Bilder, technische Details, Konfigurationen)
  • Sicherstellen, dass alle Produkte korrekt kategorisiert sind und die richtigen Attribute besitzen
  • Pflege und Optimierung der Kategorien und Produktdarstellungen
  • Kalkulation und Anpassung der Produktpreise
  • Koordination von Produktanpassungen basierend auf Kundenanforderungen

Qualifications

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Lernbereitschaft
  • Kenntnisse in Bereichen Marketing, Werbung sowie Druck und Grafik (Digital & Print)
  • Einige Jahre Berufserfahrung
