Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve marketing goals and drive business growth.
• Lead Sales and Marketing client pre-sales and solutioning engagements to maximize client marketing operations performance and meet organizational objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivating strong relationships with key clients and internal sales stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform sales strategies and business decisions within the Marketing Domain.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Consulting, Data, Technology, AI) to design a story of how our practice can grow revenue, optimize marketing processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the marketing experience.
• Monitor, track, and report on key marketing metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights for performance improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in marketing operations, fostering innovation, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• As a part of marketing transformation, think of new innovative solutions using AI and Agentic technologies in the area of marketing and Advertising.
