Role Description
Weβre building a dedicated Small Market growth motion at Foley. This role will own how we drive high-velocity, self-serve customer acquisition across the Small Market segment. This is a hands-on, strategic role focused on building and scaling a performance-driven, AI-enabled growth engine. You will operate across the full funnel, from top-of-funnel acquisition through conversion and activation, with a strong emphasis on measurable outcomes.
This role is best suited for a performance marketer and growth builder who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments and knows how to combine all areas of growth marketing and AI systems to drive efficient, repeatable growth. You will define how SMB growth is executed and scaled, partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing to ensure demand converts into real revenue through both self-serve and assisted motions.
