Role Description
We are searching for a Director, Performance Marketing Analytics to lead our Performance Marketing Analytics team in developing a high signal, scalable data driven machine for the Global Marketing organization. This role will drive change in spend management and is highly visible, hands-on and in partnership with the Sales, Marketing teams and Product and Technology teams.

Drive the optimization of marketing investments crossing multiple regions and channels to generate revenue growth.

Oversee multiple channels and be responsible for tracking expenses, measuring results, and providing performance reporting, insights and data-driven recommendations.

Report to the VP of Finance and have direct reports.

Orchestrate a comprehensive project plan to centralize performance measurement and analysis and to drive predictive analytics for recommendations on marketing investments across multiple groups.

Align with stakeholders on milestones and ensure timely completion.

Develop a robust predictable data driven engine to drive investment decisions.

Provide investment recommendations with short-term and life-time value parameters.

Scale high performing campaigns and reduce cost of acquisition. Perform A/B testing.

Function in a dynamic environment, strategically managing contractually committed and discretionary investments.

Standardize key performance indicators and align with stakeholders on measurement methodologies.

Champion data governance to ensure accuracy and reliability. Enhance data structures and tracking mechanisms.

Source, manipulate and integrate data from multiple internal and external sources.

Generate performance dashboards and data visualizations.
Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of experience in Marketing Analytics or related field with a background in omnichannel optimization, including website optimization.

Bachelorβs degree, preferably in Data Analytics or Finance.

Experience in managing and developing team members.

A strong track record of increasing marketing ROI and revenue through testing and predictive modelling.

Experience in leading multi-faceted project plans with various stakeholders.

In a data driven way, comfortable in making controversial, non-conventional recommendations.

Benefits

Salary Range for all U.S. Residents (excluding Alaska, California, North Dakota, South Dakota): $144,770.00 to $195,450.00.

Salary Range for California Residents Only: $180,730.00 to $244,000.00.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
