[Hiring] Director of Marketing @Impruvon Health

Role Description

Impruvon is seeking a high-impact, results-driven Director of Marketing to build, scale, and own our marketing engine. This is a true player-coach role for a builder who thrives with a high degree of autonomy and is comfortable moving between high-level strategy and hands-on execution. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for filling the top of the funnel, optimizing our systems, and establishing Impruvon as a trusted leader in the long-term care and behavioral health sectors. The primary focus of this role is building a repeatable, scalable pipeline generation engine. Demand generation and pipeline creation will be the core driver of success.

In the early stages, you will personally execute campaigns, build workflows, and launch outbound initiatives while also defining strategy and leading the marketing function. You will define the roadmap, optimize our systems, and manage our Senior Marketing Manager. This role requires someone who prioritizes marketing attribution and performance, is deeply technical in HubSpot, and is comfortable operating in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment where measurable business impact is the priority.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of B2B marketing experience (SaaS strongly preferred)
• Proven track record of building demand generation engines that consistently generate pipeline
• Experience working closely with Sales to drive measurable business outcomes
• Experience in healthcare, long-term care, or regulated B2B environments
• Experience in a fast-growing startup building marketing from the ground up

Requirements

• Ability to travel occasionally (approx. 10–15%) for industry conferences, partner events, and company off-sites
• Strong experience with HubSpot marketing suite (optimization, automation, reporting)
• Deep understanding of marketing funnels, attribution, and conversion optimization
• Experience executing multi-channel campaigns (outbound, digital, events, partnerships)
• Experience using AI tools to improve marketing execution and efficiency
• Player-coach mentality: willing to execute while leading
• Highly autonomous with a strong sense of ownership
• Comfortable making decisions in ambiguity
• Analytical and results-oriented with a strong focus on ROI
• Strong communicator able to align cross-functional teams
