Role Description
The Director of Growth Marketing will drive growth strategy and execution for Tava Healthโs B2B and B2C go-to-market motions - scaling both the number of clients we care for and the number of providers and partners we serve. They will lead a team and be a hands-on operator who works cross-functionally to drive measurable outcomes that achieve or exceed established targets. This is a builderโs role for someone equally comfortable setting strategy, building and managing campaigns, and diving deep into data to understand whatโs happening in their business, why itโs happening, and what to do going forward.
Responsibilities

B2B โ EHR Adoption:
-
Lead demand generation campaigns targeting therapists and psychiatric providers in individual and small-group practices to drive adoption of Tava platforms and tools.

Build multi-channel acquisition funnels, optimizing for KPIs such as CPL, CAC, and LTV.

B2B โ Provider & Enterprise Lead Generation:

Design campaigns to attract licensed therapists and psychiatric providers to join the Tava provider network.

Drive awareness and inbound demand from employers, health insurers, Employee Assistance Programs, and other enterprise partners.

Support Sales with ABM strategies and nurture programs.

B2C โ Member Acquisition:

Own strategy and execution across paid search, paid social, connected TV (CTV), programmatic, affiliate/partnership marketing, and other B2C acquisition channels.

Manage full-funnel acquisition and conversion optimization, and maintain a rigorous analytical framework for CAC/LTV-based channel investment decisions.

Leadership & Operations:

Lead and develop the growth marketing team.

Manage the growth marketing budget and agency/vendor relationships. Own growth KPIs, and conduct regular, actionable business reviews with key stakeholders.

Foster a culture of rapid, but disciplined experimentation: design tests, analyze results, and scale what works.
Qualifications
-
12+ years of growth marketing experience with a track record of driving measurable, outsized growth.

3+ years leading the growth marketing function at a high-growth company, including managing a team.

Deep expertise in performance marketing channels such as paid search, paid social, CTV, affiliate, and programmatic.

Strong B2B demand generation experience with SMB and/or enterprise audiences.

Excellent analytical skills with fluency in attribution modeling, marketing analytics platforms, media mix modeling, CAC/LTV frameworks, and budget/revenue forecasting.

Proven ability to partner with product, product marketing, and engineering teams on landing page and funnel experimentation and optimization.

Strong bias for action.

The ability to think creatively about the user experience, and a deep desire to transform and optimize it.

Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly to executive leadership.
Preferred
-
Experience in healthcare, mental health, or a regulated industry; familiarity with EHR or other provider-facing SaaS products.

Advanced skills in the application of AI in Marketing and in writing SQL.

Experience partnering with Brand teams to achieve top-of-funnel objectives in paid and organic channels.

Demonstrated expertise ensuring HIPAA-compliance in data transmission to demand and analytics partners.
