Role Description

A Series B healthcare AI company is seeking a Director of Customer Marketing & Community to build its customer advocacy function from the ground up. You will turn customer outcomes into stories, relationships, and programs that support growth across the go-to-market team.

• Build and launch a Customer Advisory Board, including member recruitment, charter development, and initial engagements.
• Create a customer reference program and a steady cadence for producing case studies, testimonials, and video content.
• Develop a customer speaker bureau and prepare customers for events, webinars, and media opportunities.
• Bring customer proof points into the website, sales materials, account-based marketing campaigns, and executive communications.
• Establish reporting to measure program impact, including pipeline contribution, references delivered, stories published, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Seven to ten years of experience in B2B customer marketing, advocacy, or product marketing.
• Experience building customer advocacy or reference programs from the ground up, including creating or revamping a Customer Advisory Board.
• Background in healthcare, healthtech, or another regulated industry, with experience engaging executive audiences.
• Enterprise B2B experience and familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and content management tools such as Salesforce.
• Strong program-building, customer relationship, storytelling, and measurement skills.

Benefits

• Annual salary range: $180,000 to $200,000 USD.
