Role Description

Join our Marketing team and support the growth of our fintech product. As a Digital & Product Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in executing digital marketing initiatives, creating engaging content, and working closely with Product and Sales teams to drive customer acquisition, activation, and revenue growth. This is a hands-on junior-to-mid-level role combining digital marketing execution, content creation, product marketing, and sales enablement. Applications are open to candidates based in Lithuania only.

Responsibilities

• Digital & Growth Marketing
  • Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels, including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and SEO.
  • Support the optimization of landing pages, marketing funnels, and conversion rates.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools and dashboards.
• Content Creation
  • Create and maintain marketing content, including:
    • Website and landing page copy
    • Blog posts and educational articles
    • Email campaigns and lifecycle communications
    • Product-related content, such as feature announcements, FAQs, and explainers
  • Translate complex fintech features into clear, compliant, and user-friendly messaging.
• Product Marketing
  • Work closely with Product and UX teams to support:
    • Feature and product launches
    • Product positioning and messaging
    • Customer onboarding and in-product communication
  • Help define and communicate value propositions for different customer segments.
• Sales Enablement & Collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to:
    • Understand customer pain points, needs, and objections
    • Create sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and email templates
    • Support lead nurturing and the handover of qualified leads from Marketing to Sales
    • Align marketing campaigns with sales priorities and pipeline goals

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, product marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or B2B technology.
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
• Experience collaborating closely with Sales teams.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or similar
  • Email marketing and CRM tools such as MailerLite or similar
• Ability to collaborate effectively across Product, Sales, Marketing, and technical teams.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Requirements

• Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience supporting product launches, onboarding flows, or lifecycle marketing.
  • Basic design skills or experience collaborating with designers.
