Role Description
This is a full-time, remote position within the continental United States. If you’re a hands-on B2B demand generation marketer who enjoys executing paid campaigns and working within HubSpot to drive measurable results, this Digital Marketing Specialist -- Demand Generation role offers an opportunity to make an impact. You’ll support digital marketing efforts that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation across broker, employer, partner, and consumer audiences within a B2B2C marketing model.
In this role, you’ll execute and manage digital campaigns across the full lifecycle:

Launch through optimization and performance analysis

Leverage HubSpot and analytics platforms to engage audiences across multi-step, channel-driven buyer journeys

Work closely with Marketing leadership and cross-functional partners to support campaign performance and contribute to business outcomes

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience executing B2B demand generation campaigns, including paid media and lifecycle marketing

Proficiency in HubSpot workflows, automation, and campaign management

Experience supporting paid media campaigns, including programmatic advertising, search, and paid social

Experience working in B2B or B2B2C marketing environments, particularly those involving indirect or channel-based distribution (e.g., brokers, partners, resellers)

Experience in insurance, employee benefits, or healthcare is a plus

Experience executing campaigns across multi-step or indirect buyer journeys, where multiple stakeholders influence conversion

Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM and reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, Tableau)

Ability to work collaboratively, manage priorities, and operate with a sense of urgency in a cross-functional environment

Managing and maintaining HubSpot workflows, automation, and campaign assets to support lead generation and lifecycle marketing initiatives

Supporting the execution of B2B and B2B2C demand generation programs across broker, employer, partner, and consumer audiences

Collaborating with internal creative resources to support the development and refinement of high-performing campaign assets, including landing pages, ads, and email content

Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance using tools such as HubSpot, Dynamics, Power BI, and Tableau, and providing insights to improve results

Working with Sales and Sales Operations teams to support lead flow, tracking, and alignment with campaign objectives
