Role Description

This role involves managing digital marketing campaigns post-launch, ensuring they are optimized based on performance data.

• Plan, launch, and adjust paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn, modifying budgets and targeting as results come in.
• Collaborate with writers and designers to prepare ad copy and creative, ensuring alignment with conversion metrics.
• Build and send email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo or Mailchimp, testing subject lines and timing to enhance opens and clicks.
• Utilize ChatGPT or similar tools to draft ad variations, while maintaining personal judgment on execution.
• Regularly pull performance numbers and create actionable insights for campaign adjustments.
• Coordinate with design, content, and project managers to ensure timely campaign launches.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience running digital marketing campaigns end to end, with ownership of results.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Premiere for basic creative edits and asset preparation.
• Experience running email or SMS campaigns in Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
• Fluent written English for copywriting purposes.
• Familiarity with ChatGPT or similar AI tools, SEO, Google Analytics/SEMrush, basic HTML/CSS for email templates, or video editing skills is a plus.
