Role Description

Our client is based in the US and is a content creator / YouTuber currently expanding into a website blog to share stories about his travels and adventures. The website will feature content around travel, van life, camping, and other exploration experiences. It will also serve as a platform for affiliate marketing related to products he personally uses, such as van gear, cooking gear, pet gear, camping equipment, and more.

They are currently looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with strong experience in Google Ads, YouTube marketing, analytics, and audience growth strategies. This role focuses heavily on growing both the website and YouTube platform through paid advertising, performance marketing, audience analysis, and content growth optimization.

The ideal candidate should understand how to analyze YouTube data, optimize marketing performance, support website traffic growth, and contribute strategically to long-term audience and community building.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to grow website traffic and brand visibility
• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns
• Analyze YouTube performance data including CTR, audience retention, watch time, engagement, and subscriber growth
• Identify opportunities to improve YouTube content performance and audience growth
• Monitor and report campaign performance metrics such as CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversions
• Support YouTube SEO optimization including titles, descriptions, keywords, and thumbnails
• Understand how paid traffic and organic content strategies work together
• Contribute strategically to long-term audience growth and community building
• Research competitors, audience behavior, and digital trends
• Work closely with content and creative teams to improve overall platform performance

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing
• Strong hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
• Experience analyzing YouTube channel analytics and performance data
• Strong understanding of YouTube growth strategies and audience retention optimization
• Familiarity with YouTube SEO and content optimization strategies
• Understanding of website traffic growth, funnels, and audience engagement
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Ability to interpret marketing data and provide actionable insights
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
