Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and a passion for real estate. This is a part-time position, with 20 hours per week.

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote our company and services
• Create and manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google AdWords and social media
• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts and make recommendations for optimization
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and manage engaging content for our website and social media channels
• Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to inform digital marketing strategies
• Manage email marketing campaigns and maintain our customer database
• Stay informed on best practices and new developments in digital marketing and make recommendations for improvement
• Assist with other marketing initiatives and projects as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate industry
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
• Experience with Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and social media advertising platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Must be Fluent in English
