[Hiring] Digital Marketing Manager – Organic Growth @Bikeleasing-Service GmbH & Co. KG

Role Description

The Bikeleasing Group is one of the leading companies in employer mobility solutions and company bike leasing. As Digital Marketing Manager – Organic Growth (gn), you will take on a key role in driving organic growth and ensuring that our brands Bikeleasing and Probonio are visible and effective in search engines, on our website, and among relevant target audiences. You will work closely with Sales, Product, Data, and Automation, bringing your expertise in SEO, GEO, CRO, and content strategy to the table.

• You maintain and develop key website pages – from product and landing pages to use-case pages – and continuously improve them based on performance signals such as conversion paths, search intent, and content gaps.
• You design and run A/B tests to experimentally improve website performance, focusing on page structure, messaging, CTA logic, internal linking, and friction reduction.
• You build topic and intent clusters for Bikeleasing and Probonio, create and optimise organic content formats (guides, glossary pages, comparison content), and ensure a solid on-page foundation that supports both SEO and GEO.
• You develop and manage an integrated content strategy – including a topic backlog, intent logic (Awareness → Consideration → Conversion), content standards, and success criteria – making output and impact scalable.
• You conceptualise lead assets such as whitepapers and webinars, coordinate their production, and ensure consistent content repurposing into website modules, organic formats, and sales enablement materials.

Qualifications

• You have a strong track record of at least 5 years in experimentally driving website performance improvements through A/B testing, and can demonstrate success with relevant KPIs.
• You bring at least 5 years of experience in organic search optimisation (SEO + GEO) and know how to create sustainable, measurable online visibility.
• You derive content strategies in a data-driven, SEO- and GEO-informed way – from target audience analysis to topic prioritisation.
• You communicate confidently in German (C2) and English (C1) and can present complex content clearly and in a target-audience-appropriate way.
• Hands-on experience in Paid Search or Paid Social is a plus – not a must, but helpful for close collaboration within the team.
