[Hiring] Digital Marketing Manager @Little Pixies

Role Description

We’re looking for a talented and experienced Content Producer & Strategist to join our creative team. In this role, you’ll own end-to-end short-form content creation for Little Pixies Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook pages. That includes:

• Editing videos
• Designing graphical posts
• Driving and analysing performance

You’ll report directly to one of the founders and collaborate closely with the Little Pixies team. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves making content that actually moves the needle.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Proven experience growing social accounts and driving results through content creation
• Strong design skills and attention to detail, especially with graphics
• Comfortable using video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, etc.) and image editing tools like Canva or Photoshop
• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach
• Ability to manage timelines and meet deadlines under pressure
• Detail-oriented, caring about captions and graphics
• Clear communicator in writing and feedback
• Adaptable to fast-changing platforms
• 4+ years creating social media content that performs
• Bonus: Familiar with AI tools like Runway, Google VEO/Flow, Claude/ChatGPT or similar

Requirements

• Create 2-3 short-form videos and/or graphics a week for Little Pixies social channels
• Keep a close eye on trends and apply them to fit Little Pixies voice
• Test and recommend new tools (like AI or automation) to improve efficiency
• Plan and execute strategies that boost engagement and growth, focusing on Instagram
• Edit high-quality short-form clips for TikTok and Reels
• Create sharp, on-brand visuals from carousels and infographics to text-based posts
• Regularly review performance and share insights with recommendations
• Help the team understand emerging content styles and creative tools
• Participate in team calls, brainstorm sessions, and analysis reviews
• Refresh and refine content buckets based on trends and performance
• Coordinate collaboration posts between influencers
• Document workflows for scalability
• Maintain clean files and SOPs in ClickUp, Jira, and Google Drive
• Share updates on timelines, deliverables, and blockers
