Role Description

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to drive measurable growth across both paid and organic marketing channels. This is not a coordination-only marketing role. You’ll own the strategy, execution, optimization, and performance of campaigns that directly impact lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Paid acquisition
• Organic growth
• Campaign execution

• Revenue performance

You’ll manage and optimize campaigns across platforms including:

• Google Ads
• Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
• LinkedIn
• X (Twitter)
• Reddit
• TikTok
• Pinterest
• YouTube
• Emerging digital marketing channels

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
• Proven experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
• Demonstrated success generating qualified B2B leads and measurable pipeline growth.
• Experience managing campaigns across multiple acquisition channels.
• Strong understanding of PPC Strategy, Audience Segmentation, Retargeting, Funnel Optimization, Attribution Models.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Conversion Tracking.
• Strong copywriting and conversion-focused messaging skills.

Requirements

• Ability to independently launch campaigns, optimize performance, analyze results, and scale successful initiatives.
• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo (Nice-to-Have).
• Organic social media growth experience.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and large advertising budgets.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Ads and/or Meta certifications.
