Role Description
AUIB is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing initiatives that support student recruitment and enrollment growth. The role is responsible for managing digital campaigns, optimizing lead generation performance, analyzing marketing data, and maximizing return on investment across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Campaign Planning: Develop and implement digital marketing plans aligned with enrollment growth objectives and target audiences.

Campaign Execution & Optimization: Manage and optimize campaigns across Google, social media, and other digital platforms to maximize lead generation and conversions.

Budget & Performance Management: Allocate and optimize digital marketing budgets while tracking ROI, cost per lead, and campaign effectiveness.

Data Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, maintain dashboards, and provide regular reports and insights to leadership.

Lead Generation & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure smooth lead flow by collaborating with CRM, Enrollment Advisory, Brand, Content, and Webmaster teams to optimize the student recruitment funnel.
Qualifications

Performance Marketing Expertise: Strong knowledge of digital channels, paid campaigns, and lead generation strategies.

Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to analyze campaign data and make informed optimization decisions.

Budget Management Skills: Proven ability to manage and optimize digital marketing spend effectively.

Project & Campaign Management: Capable of managing multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Collaboration & Communication: Strong teamwork and communication skills with the ability to work across departments and present insights clearly.
Requirements

Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Years of Relevant Experience: 6–8 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.

Specific Skills or Expertise: Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, lead generation, campaign optimization, analytics, CRM integration, and performance reporting.

Additional Certifications: Google Ads, Meta, or other digital marketing certifications are preferred.
