This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in launching and scaling our brand in Canada, shaping how we connect with sports fans in a fast-growing market.
You will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and engagement through data-driven digital marketing strategies, ensuring strong brand awareness and conversion performance across all channels.
Salary Range: £65,000 - £75,000
This role can be based in Toronto Remote. The internal job title is Digital Marketing Manager.

What You'll Be Doing:

Define and execute the digital marketing strategy for Canada, aligned with overall business and brand objectives

Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns across SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Affiliate Marketing, Display, and Email

Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion through performance-led marketing initiatives

Manage and optimise paid media campaigns, ensuring efficient budget allocation and strong ROI

Own and evolve the SEO strategy, partnering with content and technical teams to improve organic performance

Collaborate with CRM, content, and design teams to deliver engaging, localised marketing campaigns

Use data and analytics to optimise campaigns, improve conversion rates, and drive personalisation strategies

Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify consumer trends and refine value propositions

Build strong cross-functional relationships across DAZN and DAZN Bet to unlock new revenue opportunities

Monitor market and regulatory trends to ensure compliance and identify growth opportunities

Ensure all marketing activity aligns with Responsible Gaming principles
Qualifications

3+ years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally within sports, entertainment, or gaming/betting
-
Strong background in performance marketing and paid media
-
Proven ability to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through digital channels

Deep understanding of consumer behaviour, particularly sports fans

Experience managing multi-channel campaigns across paid and organic channels

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise performance

Comfortable operating at both strategic and executional levels with high attention to detail

Passion for sport, with a strong understanding of fan engagement across multiple sports
-
Experience working in regulated markets (e.g., gambling) is advantageous

Excellent communication skills with a detail-oriented approach
