Role Description
The Digital Marketing Manager will own and scale the digital growth engine for LOVB Clubs. This role exists to drive meaningful, measurable revenue growth across the club ecosystem through centralized, high-impact digital strategy and hands-on execution. You will design and implement scalable campaigns that fuel club recruiting, camps and clinics, tournament registrations, and community engagement.

Own the end-to-end digital marketing strategy for LOVB Clubs, aligning initiatives with recruiting, participation, and revenue targets.

Develop scalable, repeatable campaign frameworks that drive measurable lead generation for clubs and tournaments.

Translate top youth business priorities into actionable digital initiatives that accelerate club and tournament growth.

Identify performance gaps and growth opportunities across the ecosystem and implement solutions that improve conversion and ROI.

Shift digital marketing from reactive support to a proactive, data-driven growth engine.

Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google, and emerging channels.

Own campaign setup, targeting strategy, budget allocation, testing plans, and performance optimization.

Lead centralized demand-generation pilots that can scale across multiple clubs.

Partner with Brand and Creative to ensure campaign assets are conversion-focused and aligned with LOVB brand standards.

Continuously test, learn, and iterate to improve cost efficiency, lead quality, and enrollment outcomes.

Own and optimize club-related sections of LOVB.com to improve discoverability, engagement, and conversion.

Ensure club information remains accurate, current, and optimized for recruiting and participation growth.

Partner with Product, Technology, and Content teams to improve site UX and digital journeys for prospective families.

Establish best practices for how clubs leverage website content and digital touchpoints to support marketing efforts.

Define KPIs and success metrics for digital initiatives, including lead generation, conversion rates, site engagement, and revenue contribution.

Build clear reporting dashboards and executive summaries that connect marketing performance to club growth outcomes.

Translate data into actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders and club partners.

Share insights and best practices across the club ecosystem to elevate overall digital maturity.

Serve as the digital marketing subject matter expert within the Club Marketing team.

Partner closely with Club Directors, Recruiting, Tournaments, Technology, and Finance teams to align on business priorities.

Qualifications

4β6 years of experience in digital, growth, or performance marketing.

Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.

Strong understanding of full-funnel digital marketing from awareness through conversion.

Experience managing and optimizing website content through a CMS as part of a broader growth strategy.

Ability to translate business goals into measurable marketing initiatives.

Strong analytical skills with experience using performance data to inform decision-making.

Exceptional organization and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Clear, confident communicator who can present insights to both marketing and non-marketing stakeholders.
Requirements

Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
