Role Description
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing all digital marketing campaigns and properties to effectively promote the company and its products.
- Design a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive traffic and convert leads across all online channels.
- Lead and manage web campaigns, the marketing database, email outreach, social media engagement, and digital advertisements.
- Oversee social media accounts and develop initiatives to increase website traffic, strengthen brand awareness, and generate new business opportunities.
- Monitor, report, and analyze the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, comparing results against set goals.
- Conduct ongoing testing to refine strategies for optimal results.
- Continuously improve brand positioning and market effectiveness by setting and achieving both short-term and long-term goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interest in digital marketing with a willingness to learn and grow in the field.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with effective communication skills.
