Role Description

This position is available to employees globally. FlexibleHub is a start-up commercial real estate advisory with a vision of re-imagining the way people work. Working with flexible workspace solutions from providers worldwide, FlexibleHub assists tenants in their search for flexible and serviced offices, co-working spaces, virtual offices, etc. The industry is set to grow extensively in the years to come, and as such, we need to combine the best team to take the market by storm.

About the position:

• Content Research - researching relevant topic ideas to cover on the FlexibleHub website and socials.
• Content Copywriting – working on copywriting which includes SEO keyword analysis, content set-up (WordPress), and others (training will be provided).
• Development and outreach of guest writing opportunities - researching, planning, and reaching out to potential guest writing opportunities that can boost our SEO.
• Content set-up in WordPress/Elementor - converting traffic into qualified leads by working on beautiful landing pages/blogs/pages.
• Reporting and Attribution – evaluating and prioritising marketing initiatives with the team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a previous marketing role.
• Proficiency, verbally and written, in English (as copywriting in English is a required task of this position).
• Available to work at least 3 hours per day in BST time-zone (GMT+0) (to allow for collaboration, communication, etc.).

Requirements

• A stable, ideally wired, internet connection capable of handling video calls, etc.
• Headphones with a mic to participate in internal and external communication.
• A smartphone capable of handling Microsoft Teams.
• A webcam (whether internal in laptop or external doesn't matter).
