[Hiring] Digital Marketing Analyst @Ubiquity

Role Description

As a Digital Marketing Analyst, you'll embody our mantra: Head, Heart, Hustle, delivering exceptional service with expertise, empathy, and a drive to succeed.

• Campaign Strategy & Execution:
  • Work alongside the Sales and Marketing Coordinator to plan and execute campaign goals.
  • Coordinate and execute digital marketing initiatives, including email communication, website updates, and brand management.
  • Manage all marketing channels, including SEM, PPC, SEO, social media, display ads, and print media.
  • Develop research and strategies based on consumer needs and market trends.
• Online Distribution & Brand Management:
  • Manage content on all OTA channels and programs, including Expedia, Booking.com, and Priceline.
  • Help direct the online customer experience to increase bookings.
  • Ensure consistent and uniform branding across all platforms and properties.
  • Coordinate with media vendors and photographers for all hotels.
• Analytics & Reporting:
  • Collect and analyze customer, marketing, and web behavioral data.
  • Analyze marketing opportunities and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Compile and present analysis and reports to corporate and hotel management.
  • Communicate all marketing initiatives to corporate and act as a resource in assessing marketing opportunities.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Deep knowledge of digital marketing across multiple web-based platforms, including search, social media, email, and OTA channels.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and properties at once.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting results to management.
